A Navy Hospital with 5 Active Duty Optometrists. 1 Active Duty Ophthalmologist. Full scope clinic seeing all ages of patients including active duty marines, soldiers, and sailors, dependents (spouses and children), and retired military members. Very busy clinic and longstanding history working with externs.

Students need to be American Citizens with US Passport, SSN. If born in a foreign country they need to know their naturalization number and their immediate families if applicable. With the base being overseas it is much more difficult to get security clearance than stateside. Background check, fingerprints, and paperwork required prior to arrival.


Need: MMR, Meningitis, TDAP, Hep A & B, PPD and Proof of Current Flu Shot
