Student Review

"It was a fantastic site! The doctors are all very willing to teach without any condescending attitudes and the rest of the staff are super nice. You get a lot of independence. The patient demographics are about 50% African American & 50% Caucasian so you'll get to see a high volume of both glaucoma & macular degeneration in addition to most of them having diabetes and/or hypertension. You'll spend 2 days a week, for two weeks shadowing really nice opthalmologists that they refer out to as well. Also, they just moved into a brand new facility so most of the equipment are new."
