"My expectations for this rotation were met and then some! I had hoped to receive an adequate exposure to contact lenses, becoming better at fitting lenses and using them for therapeutic purposes as well. During this rotation I was able to perform hundreds of contact lens exams which exponentially increased my confidence with patient care as well as contact lenses specifically. Additionally, I was able to see a fair amount of anterior seg disease and same-day medical visits. The attending staff and patient base helped lend to a wonderful learning experience and a pleasant rotation experience."
