Student Review

"My expectations were definitely met and then some. This practice does a lot of soft contact lens fits, and it was very exciting to see a few keratoconus patients and to be able to perform my first scleral fit. Dr. Pingel was there the entire time to walk me through the next step and answer any questions. After doing that one scleral fit I wish I would have been able to do more, but there are only a handful of keratoconus patients at this practice to begin with, so I felt very fortunate to have the one I had. This private practice feels like a family and the doctors and staff make you feel a part of that. I couldn't have wished for a better specialty one rotation, I highly recommend it!"
