MEC is a high surgical volume tertiary care clinic with full testing capability. The student will rotate between the Bloomington and Minnetonka locations.
Learning Objectives:
Enhance clinical observation and identification of key slit lamp findings in patients with complex ocular disease.
Gain experience in peri-surgical post-op examination and post-op complications.
Gain confidence in identifying and treating anterior segment disease and glaucoma management in a tertiary care setting.

Arrival procedure for students:
Contact Dr. Fahmy 8 weeks prior to the start of rotation. The HR team will send an orientation packet to the student. Report to Dr. Fahmy on the first day.
