Arrival procedure for students:
Dr. Schleis will contact student 2 months prior to start of rotation with necessary paperwork. Online training needs to be completed prior to start, as well as fingerprinting and proof vaccinations including TB, flu, and varicella. Upon arrival, park in patient parking area and walk into main entrance. Check in with the volunteer desk, and they will escort student to the eye clinic and ask for Dr. Schleis.
