Prior to the first day, students should contact Dr. Wang for any special instructions and to confirm their first day. Please email with your phone number and emergency contact information. On their first day students should report to the Eye clinic at 3851 W Ogden at 830AM and one of our staff will walk them over to the HR department on the second floor of the Main Clinic at 3860 W. Ogden for staff orientation and EMR training. The Eye Clinic is located directly across the street from the main clinic. Please contact Dr. Wang by email 3 weeks prior to starting rotation. Completion of orientation materials will be required prior to rotation. Current PPD is required and may be obtained at the clinic if needed.
