Arrival procedure for students:
1. Email Dr. Dr. Schulman at least two months prior to rotation.
2. Call Dr. Schulman two weeks before arrival.
3. Arrive 15 minutes before first patient (7:45), report to Dr. Schulman or Dr. Bennett.
