Student Review
"I could not have had a better learning experience! Each day's schedule was different, allowing me to work with three different optometrists in a variety of settings between the VA and Loyola health centers. I was exposed to different populations/ages, ocular disease, soft and RGP contact lenses with Dr. Russo, and pediatrics with Dr. Gable. I was very happy with the balance of supervision and independence at this site. I saw many patients and was particularly pleased with the number of DFEs I completed. I learned a great deal this quarter and gained confidence with my clinical skills. The doctors are all excellent role models and have a passion for teaching."
