Student Review
"You get what you put in at this site. Even though I spent majority of time doing tech work (working up patients for doctors to do DFE or final evaluation), I now am very comfortable with doing post-op care for cataract and refractive surgery since I have seen so many different surgery outcomes. Dr. Findley was very good at grabbing students to show some clinically interesting cases. Since this site gets lots of referrals from local clinics, I have seen the most amount of angle closure during the past 12 weeks than I ever did for the past 3 years of clinical experience. Dr. Findley and Dr. Smith gave adequate feedback at whatever questions I had regarding patient care whenever I asked, which really helped me to learn tremendously. Overall, I gained much strength on anterior seg evaluation after completing this rotation."
