Student Review
"This was a great unique site since the facility includes a VA side and Department of Defense side. As a student clinician you see new recruits, active duty members and veterans. This allows for a diverse patient care experience. Conditions you may run across include keratoconus, binocular vision, amblyopia as well as pathology including retina, glaucoma and cataracts. There are some contact lens fits at the VA and active duty member site. The staff and doctors are wonderful people who love to teach and are willing to answer all questions. You will also do 2 weeks of phlebotomy in the morning before clinic. This was a truly valuable site unlike any other you will come across."
