Student Review
"I really enjoyed my time at this site. I was able to observe retinal, corneal, refractive, muscle, and glaucoma surgeries. I observed and helped with post-operative care 1day/1week/1month for cataract, LASIK, and PRK. This site gives you a wide range of patients due to location near Native American Reservations. Also, 1 day a month a specialized MD from Colorado comes in to see patients with all eye inflammation due to autoimmune disease so I was able to see lots of uveitis, VKH, etc. Very interesting! I also enjoyed asking the MD's questions and learning from them. I gained a new respect for the Ophthalmologists and was able to see how an OD/MD practice runs. I definitely recommend this site, the doctors are all wonderful and the technicians are willing to help you and answer questions as well."
